How do I book a group charter trip?
What information should I have when I call for a charter?
We will need to know approximately how many people are traveling, how many days you are going to need the coach, pick-up and destination addresses, pick-up time, and the time you plan to depart your destination to return home. Pricing may change based on seeing your complete itinerary.
How do the payment terms work?
We will send a quote to you. Should you choose to reserve the coach, we will need a $200.00 deposit for single-day trips or a 10% deposit for multi-day trips. If you are a pre-approved customer or a school, exceptions for deposit terms can be made (such as the use of a purchase order number). The balance will be due 14 days prior to the beginning of the trip, or you may choose to be billed if you are a school or a previously approved customer. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.
What items are included in my rate?
Our top of the line coaches come fully equipped with all the modern amenities (lavatory, individual reclining seats w/footrest, overhead compartments, lower luggage bays, and GPS tracking system). This also includes a professional, uniformed, & Level II screened driver, fuel, and an after hours contact.
What items are NOT included in my rate?
The rate does not include driver gratuity (this can be added in at your request), parking fees, tolls, and hotel accommodations on overnight trips.
Can you bring food on the bus?
Yes, we allow food & beverages on the bus. We ask that you keep all trash contained for disposal and we do not allow glass containers.
Can you smoke on the bus?
No. Smoking is not permitted on the coach.
