Refund Policy

All Martz tickets are non-refundable.  A credit may be applied to your Martz Account for future use upon request.  Fully unused tickets will be credited less a $7.50 per person processing fee.  Partially used tickets or commuter packages will lose any discount before a credit is applied.  The purchase price, less the full fare one way value for each used ticket, and applicable fee will determine the credit value.  To request a credit for online purchases, call 570-821-3800.  If you purchased a Martz ticket in person, please mail the original unused ticket to:  Martz Refunds, 30 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton PA 18503, be sure to include your contact information including email and phone number.

Most Martz tickets offer open ticketing, no extra steps or fees.  A one way may be used any available Martz schedule within 90 days, a round trip within 1 year, group (Party Fare) specials within 30 days and Big Apple Daily Specials can be reissued with a new travel date, origins and destinations cannot be changed.  Excludes:  Casinos, Curbside and DC-NYC tickets which are reservations based, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Failure to use these tickets, as scheduled, will result in loss of ticket.

Important Note: Tickets purchased at Martz locations may not fall under Martz Refund policies if the trip begins on another Carriers line, (Greyhound/GLI, Fullington/FAB, & etc.). In these cases Customers will be required to contact the originating Carrier directly for refund requests.
