COMMON CHARTER QUESTIONS
How do I book a group charter trip?
First, you need to gather enough people together to take the trip. Second, give us a call at 866-466-2789 and one of our charter sales representatives will assist you.
What information should I have when I call for a charter?
We will need to know approximately how many people are traveling, how many days you are going to need the coach, pick up and destination addresses, pickup time, and time you plan to depart your destination to return home. Pricing may change based on seeing complete itinerary.
How do the payment terms work?
You will first receive a quote. At the time of receipt, you will be required to give a $200.00 deposit for single day trips or a 10% deposit for multi-day trips to reserve the equipment. If you are a pre-approved customer or a school, exceptions for deposit terms can be made (such as use of a purchase order number). The balance will be due 14 days prior to the beginning of the trip or you may be billed if you are a school or previously approved customer. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.
What items are included in my rate?
Our top of the line coaches come fully equipped with all the modern amenities (lavatory, individual reclining seats w/footrest, overhead compartments, lower luggage bays, and GPS tracking system). This also includes a professional, uniformed, & Level II screened driver, fuel, and an after hours contact.
What items are NOT included in my rate?
The rate does not include driver gratuity (this can be added in at your request), parking fees, tolls, and hotel accommodations on overnight trips.
Can you bring food on the bus?
Yes, we allow food & beverages on the bus. We ask that you keep all trash contained for disposal and we do not allow glass containers.
Can you smoke on the bus?
No. Smoking is not permitted on the coach.

Charter Contract Shuttle Services can transfer your employees between a corporate office location, parking lots, hotels, airports, conventions and public transit stations. Exclusively tailored to fit your specific business needs, our charter contract services offer fully customizable route operations of long and short-term schedules. Empowering employee transportation with dedicated fleets of corporate shuttles or full-size motor coaches is our company mission.
Our focus is to work with your corporation to allocate contracted shuttle service only using dedicated drivers & vehicles. Chartered Shuttle Service transportation can be contracted for scheduled pickups, by the hour, or with an all-day shuttle service option. Martz offers our contracted shuttle service throughout select metropolitan areas in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Florida.
